What a way to close the first semester of the school year!
That feat was accomplished during a fun and festive annual event that was held at the Milltown Primary School on Thursday, December 19.
That was the day when the school’s highly popular Winter Wonder Dance was performed in the school’s gym, which was turned into a light show that featured energetic students and staff members.
Milltown’s devoted and enthusiastic Physical Education Teachers, Shannon Chartowich and Bryan Smith, coordinated this holiday treat, which capped four weeks of dance training during classes.
“It is so great to come together and showcase all the hard work the students have been putting in for the past month,” Ms. Chartowich said. "It was a lot of fun for the students, teachers, and us.”
She continued to share the positive vibes that came out of this electric event.
“It’s a special day for Milltown. The energy and joy are so contagious and it gives us a great ending before our Winter Break.”
Ms. Chartowich then added:
“We love this Milltown tradition and the students look forward to it every year.”
