Reese Reimann, Grace Drumgool and Hayden Tomasi were three players who were instrumental to a highly successful girls’ soccer season that was produced in 2024 at Bridgewater-Raritan High School.
All three were recognized for their skills at the annual New Jersey Girls Soccer Coaches Association State Banquet that was held on Sunday, January 19, at the Pines Manor in Edison.
Reimann, a junior, has now attended and was recognized for the third straight year at the state banquet. And for the second straight season, Reimann was honored as a Top 20 player for the state and a top 20 player for North Jersey, Section 2. Reimann, who committed to the University of Delaware, will be captain of the Bridgewater-Raritan girls’ soccer team for the second straight season this fall.
Drumgool, a senior, received a Top 20 player recognition for the North Jersey, Section 2. The team MVP this past season, Drumgool, will continue her career at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Tomasi, a junior, attended her second straight state banquet and will also serve as a captain this coming season.
All three players were named to the Skyland Conference’s Raritan Division team once the season ended.
They sparked Bridgewater-Raritan to a 16-5-1 record and a trip to the North Jersey, Section 2, Group 4 state tournament sectional final. Bridgewater-Raritan fell by a score of 1-0 in the state sectional final to Westfield High School, which went on to win the Group 4 state championship.
