BRHS girl soccer Reimann

The University of Delaware scored a major victory in women’s soccer.

The college did not win a tournament or a game but won the services of Reese Reimann, who is regarded as one of the finest girl soccer players in the history of Bridgewater-Raritan High School.

Reimann, only a junior this year, recently committed to the University of Delaware.

A three-year varsity starter, Reimann has received numerous awards for her play, including New Jersey Girls Soccer Coaches Association North Jersey Section 2 Top 20 and State Top 20 in 2023. and United Coaches Association Regional All-American in 2023.

Reimann, who is a two-time First Team Skyland Conference All-Division honoree, served as the team captain as a junior when she led Bridgewater-Raritan with 20 goals and 10 assists. Her play this fall sparked Bridgewater-Raritan to the North Jersey, Section 2, Group 4 state sectional tournament final and a 16-5-1 record.

Reimann, who will be the team captain during her senior year, will attend her third  New Jersey Girls Soccer Coaches Association state banquet on Sunday, January 19.

“Reese is already one of the most decorated players in the program's history and she is only a junior,” Bridgewater-Raritan Coach Sean Casey said.
