Staff members from the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District were honored for three achievements---25 years of service, tenure and advanced degrees obtained--on Tuesday, November 12.
That evening, the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional Board of Education recognized these staff members during its regular public meeting at the Wade Administration Building.
Superintendent Bob Beers and the Board of Education members applauded the honored guests.
Superintendent Beers and Dr. Dan Fonder, the Assistant Superintendent for Personnel, handed out certificates to the honorees who were present during the ceremony.
The meeting also signaled the final one for Peter Starrs, the school district's Business Administrator/Board Secretary, retiring at the month's end. Mr. Starrs has been employed for over 20 years in the school district.
After the meeting, the Board of Education presented a gift to Mr. Starrs.
